President and Founder-Kristie Gentile, mom to Ava and Zack, full time nurse, and avid horse lover, Kristie operates the rescue out her home in beautiful Savoy MA in Berkshire County. After fostering rescue horses for a year and a half, as well as, having 3 of her own, Kristie decided it was time to devote her time and passion to saving draft breeds; Belgians being her favorite. Horse rescue fills her heart and soul with purpose and she has vowed to make a difference for as many drafts as possible. 


Executive Director-Danielle Piazza resides with her husband Rich, and their two children, Christian and Juliana in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Danielle and Kristie have been friends since high school. Working the past 14 years as a professional non-profit fundraiser, she will be a great asset to the rescue, helping us to bring awareness and help to these animals. 


Treasurer- Richard Piazza resides in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey with his wife Danielle and their two children. They have been to the rescue numerous times and love seeing the animals, their daughter Juliana has become quite the equestrian. Rich has worked his entire career in financial services and is a welcomed addition to the team. 


Secretary-Tara Harrington, mom of three, Arianna, Madison, and Vanessa, has been an animal lover for years. Tara is always willing to help out at the rescue, wherever she is needed. She has been an animal advocate all her lfe

Dr. Suzanne Jaynes- Dr Jaynes is our amazing veterinarian with 15+ years of experience. She has seen all the horses that have come through the rescue, with care and compassion every time. She resides in Ballston Spa NY with her husband Chris and children William and Hazel. She enjoys spending time with her family and stunning horse Taylor. The rescue is so appreciative to have her on our board.


Sara Foss-A good friend of Kristie and fellow nurse, Sara lives in the Boston area with her husband Andy and adorable cat Scout. She too is an avid animal lover and has always supported the rescue and it’s a mission. It is an honor to have her on the board.


Jackie Latimer- Jackie, a nurse as well, sponsors Church with her son Lane. They spent quite a bit of time at the farm and are always willing to volunteer their spare time to help with events. It only made sense that Jackie should join the team.
